Refund Policy

1. Free Trial — No Risk, Full Access
Posting Suite offers a free trial with no credit card required. During your trial, you can create a full account, connect up to two social media accounts, use our posting and scheduling features, and access analytics dashboards. No charges will be applied during the free trial period. We encourage all users to thoroughly evaluate the platform during this trial before upgrading to a paid plan.
2. Paid Subscriptions — 7-Day Refund Window
If you upgrade to a paid plan, you are eligible for a full refund within seven calendar days of your initial payment, subject to the conditions below.
What Is Refundable: The base subscription fee for your paid plan is fully refundable within the seven-day window. Additionally, any unused AI credits included in your plan are also refundable.
What Is NOT Refundable: The cost of any AI credits consumed or AI content generated during your subscription period is non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to AI-written captions, posts, or copy; AI-generated images or visual assets; and AI-assisted content suggestions or optimizations.
3. How Refunds Are Calculated
If you request a refund within the seven-day window, your refund amount will be calculated as follows. The base subscription fee is refundable. Unused AI credits are refundable. Used AI credits and any generated content are non-refundable.
Example: If you purchase a $49 per month plan that includes 500 AI credits, and you have used 100 AI credits before requesting a refund, the cost of those 100 credits will be deducted from your refund. The remaining value of unused credits and the unused portion of your subscription fee will be refunded. |
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within your eligible seven-day window, log in to your Posting Suite account and navigate to Settings, then Billing, then Request Refund. Alternatively, you can email us directly at support@postingsuite.com with your account email and reason for refund. Refund requests are typically processed within five to seven business days and will be returned to your original payment method.
5. After the 7-Day Window
Refund requests submitted after seven days from the initial payment date are generally not eligible for a refund. However, we handle these on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as platform downtime or billing errors. Contact support@postingsuite.com if you believe your situation warrants an exception.
6. Subscription Cancellations vs. Refunds
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for past payments. To receive a refund, you must explicitly request one within the seven-day window using the process outlined in Section 4.
7. Changes to This Policy
Posting Suite reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Refund eligibility is determined based on the policy in effect at the time of your original payment.
